Terms and Conditions (Stationery)
Love Paper Co. reserves the right to amend any costs or other information without prior notice. Delivery charges will be added when you check out (or quoted if ordered directly). The total price payable will be indicated upon checkout and in all cases the total must be paid in full before dispatch.
Payments are taken via Stripe ( if purchased through the website) or BACS (if purchased directly). Payments made via Stripe will be sent a receipt automatically. If you require a receipt for your BACS payment please get in touch and this can be arranged.
Images on this site along with any images, pdfs or other files that have been sent to you via email as proofs remain the sole property of Love Paper Co. and are subject to copyright laws and restrictions. Authorisation to use any images belonging to Love Paper Co. must be obtained in writing and cannot be resold or reused under any circumstance.
Once an order has been placed, please send your wording/details to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in the information collection form sent to you, your proofs will then be created. Your digital proofs will be sent to you for checking within 3-5 working days. At this point YOU will be responsible for making sure that ALL spelling, grammar and layouts are correct before signing off for print. Any changes made after this point may be chargeable at the minimum hourly rate of £35.
Please do not rely upon the digital proofs (pdfs) for specific colour shades as they may vary from screen to screen and may not be a true representation of how they appear when printed. If you wish to see a full colour proof on your chosen stock these are available at cost (this does not apply for letterpress or foiled stationery where no printed proofs are available). Costs will vary depending on your design so please ask for a quotation.
Samples are dispatched within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail first class post. Larger orders will be dispatched by courier or Royal Mail within 14-21 days of print sign off. Please then allow 3-5 days for delivery. Where possible, you will always be informed of any delays. Love Paper Co. cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal/courier service.
CUSTOMS, TAX & DUTY CHARGES
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check any customs, tax or duty charges, relevant to their delivery destination before placing an order. Love Paper Co. are not responsible for covering these charges.
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS + RETURNS
Most of our goods are personalised and therefore we will be unable to offer a refund once sign off has been made and items have been sent to print. If you need to cancel your order before this point you must inform us as soon as possible, we will then cancel your order, subject to any work already completed, and refund to your account within 14 days.
Cancellation of custom orders cannot be made after approval sign off and any design time fee will be non-refundable subject to work already completed. It is at the discretion of Love Paper Co. to determine this cancellation fee.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised goods or our sample packs. However, if your order is in any way incomplete, incorrect or has been damaged in transit then please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will rectify any issues immediately. Please provide photographs of any items damaged in transit for our records as we will need this to lodge any claim with the courier/royal mail.
ON THE DAY WEDDING STATIONERY
We advise that on the day wedding stationery should be ordered at least 8 weeks before your wedding date. We will always advise you of the latest date that your items need to be approved by. This approval date MUST be met in order for your order to be fulfilled, despatched and delivered in good time for your wedding day. Any failure of items being received by yourselves as a result of failure to meet the given approval date will not qualify for a refund of any kind by Love Paper Co.
Love Paper Co. reserves the right to use any bespoke design in any way we wish after your wedding date has passed. In certain circumstances a bespoke design may become a house collection but all details will be changed before being added to the site or other selling channels.
